Within the SOCIETIES project, a two-day seminar on Organisational development and strategic planning for CSOs was held in Belgrade on June 7-8. The training was organized for representatives of organizations that provide support to people with disabilities or with mental disorders.
Participants were representatives of 10 organizations from 7 cities: Belgrade, Cacak, Ivanjica, Zajecar, Babusnica, Pirot and Subotica. They were trained to define the basic elements of an organization’s strategy: mission, values, areas and goals of work. A special part of the seminar was related to the creation of operational one-year plans for the work of organizations. Upon completion of the seminar, participants will be provided with three-month consultancy support in order to elaborate their work plans in details.
