In the framework of the regional project “SOCIETIES – Support of CSOs in empowering technical skills, inclusion of people with disabilities and EU standards in South East Europe” funded by EU and implemented in Albania by Caritas Albania on the 2nd of October 2017 in the premises of EU Info Center, was held the ceremony of signing the contract with the winners of sub-granting call for proposals.

On the ceremony were present the legal representatives of the granted organization, Emanuela Zaimi from “Down Syndrome Albania”, Evisi Stafa from “Global Care Albania”, Vera Molla from Association “Word of International Life” and Armand Male from the center “Light of Hope”, as well as Mrs. Eriona Haxhia, the representative of EU Delegation in Tirana.
Juliana Bici, the Coordinator of Caritas Albania for this project greeted the participants and congratulated them for the projects, but also for the work they are doing for the marginalized people in their area. She invited them to create a solid network among them, with Caritas and with other organization dealing with disability and mental health in Albania. The granted organizations representatives thanked Caritas for this opportunity and summarized the work of their organizations. The director of Caritas Albania Father Antonio Leuci thanked the awarded organizations for all the work done till now for the people in need and wished them further success. After that the ceremony continued with signed contracts by the General Director Father Antonio Leuci and the representatives of above mentioned civil society organizations.
