The COVID-19 outbreak has hit the sector of social enterprises in Southern East Countries very hard. Social enterprises are facing more difficulties than the other categories of CSOs due to the restrictions and absence of adequate institutional supports. Half of them have a balance reduction of more than 50%. It is not only an economic impact consequences but also the COVID-19 is going to impact to the entire value chain that the Social Enterprises are promoting in different environment and communities in favor of disabled and other vulnerable categories. |
