Brief description: Project aims to do mapping of needs of people with disabilities in 4 municipalities in North Kosovo, assessing institutional capacities offering services for PWD, drafting proposal of  practical policy on social inclusion and providing basic sign language course for representatives of institutions.

The project is being implemented in North of Kosovo – Municipalty of Mitrovica, Leposavic, Zvecan and Zubin Potok
